• Images: PNG, JPEG/JPG, TIFF, BMP, HEIC, and common photo exports used for exhibits or legacy scans.
• Spreadsheets: CSV, XLSX, XLSM, and XLS rent schedules or financial models.
• Text and office documents: DOCX, DOC, TXT, RTF, PPTX, and PPT.
